Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours or “no-shows” will be charged one night’s stay.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
For group or event bookings, separate cancellation policies may apply.
4. Payment Terms
All online bookings must be guaranteed with valid payment details.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and authorized booking partners.

Advance notice is required for pet accommodation.
